Our Family Legacy
Founded in 1909 by Arthur “Art” Jones and his brothers, Jones Eucalyptus Distillery was built on hard work, determination, and a deep respect for the land. In those early days, eucalyptus was cut by hand and carted to the vats by horse and dray — a true labour of dedication and skill. In the 1970s, Kevin and Amy Jones carried the tradition into the next generation. With a natural spirit of innovation, Kevin developed new methods to improve production while preserving the integrity of the crop. Today, Jim and Karen proudly continue the family legacy, working together to carry the distillery forward. Using some of the original equipment still in operation, they remain committed to the same traditional steam distillation methods that have defined their oil for over a century. More than a business, Jones Eucalyptus is a living legacy — over a century of craftsmanship, innovation, and family pride in every drop.
