Jones Eucalyptus Oil

In 1909, Arthur “Art” Jones and his brothers laid the foundations of what would become Jones Eucalyptus Distillery. In those early days, eucalyptus was cut by hand with a scythe and carefully carted to the vats by two draft horses and a dray. It was hard work, built on determination, skill, and a deep respect for the land. Around 1970, Kevin and Amy Jones moved to the farm and began working in the factory, carrying the family tradition into a new generation. Kevin, a natural innovator, designed and built a special attachment for his tractor to slash and rake the eucalyptus patches — rejuvenating the plants and improving production while preserving the integrity of the crop. Today, Jim and his two sons proudly run the distillery, continuing the craft with the same dedication as those who came before them. Remarkably, some of the original equipment is still in use — a testament to the enduring quality of both the machinery and the methods. Karen leads the design, marketing, packaging, and distribution of our oil, ensuring that while our methods remain rooted in tradition, our brand continues to grow and reach new generations. More than a business, Jones Eucalyptus Distillery is a living legacy — over a century of craftsmanship, innovation, and family pride.
